When you push the connect button on ELSA™, you are immediately connected to our interpretation center, 24 hours a day, seven days a week and 365 days a year.

All of our corporate employees, customer service associates and interpreters sign a code of ethics and confidentiality pledge. To ensure long-term compliance, confidentiality and ethics are addressed quarterly with all employees and contractors. We are prepared to assist our customers in meeting the regulatory requirements of the health insurance portability and accountability act (HIPAA). We can provide a business associate agreement as an addendum to your contract that addresses the management of documentation required under HIPAA.

No. handheld systems and smartphone applications rely on voice recognition software and provide no voice inflection. They are limited in the number of languages they support and are not two-way interactive. With our Interpretation System, you are connected to a real person giving you live, two-way communication. Additionally, our end-to-end delivery platform gives you immediate access to recorded calls.

ELSA™ is Bluetooth compatible. This allows the interpreter to speak directly into your ear without others hearing the interpretation.

Push the button on ELSA™ and you will be connected to a linguist who identifies the language and dialect that is required. A language identification card is also available.

Yes. With a computer or smartphone equipped with a browser you can access your interpreted conversations. Conversations can be downloaded and attached to a patient record or included in a report.

No. Just a simple push of the button and you are connected. However, we also offer a 1-800 number for you to access interpretation via a landline or cell phone.
